Bracelet sizes and other jewelry sizes are already mentioned in the product images or descriptions. Please check your size carefully before placing an order. Size issues will not be considered for returns or refunds.

Please record a complete unboxing video (with 360-degree angles) when you receive your package. This video is required as proof for any claims related to damage, so ensure it is recorded in clear lighting.
