Understanding Order Status
Your order goes through several stages from the moment you place it until it reaches your doorstep. Here's what each status means:
Processing
Your order has been received and we're preparing it for shipment. Usually takes 1-2 business days.
Confirmed
Order has been confirmed and payment verified. Warehouse is picking your items.
Shipped
Your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you with courier partner.
In Transit
Your package is in transit to the delivery hub closest to your address.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive at your address today.
Delivered
Package has been successfully delivered. Please verify the contents upon receipt.

Tracking FAQs
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. This includes quality checks and packaging. If your order hasn't shipped within 3 business days, please contact support@evarni.com with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders in 2-3 days. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We'll always provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my delivery address after placing order?
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of order placement, before the package leaves our warehouse. After that, contact support immediately. Please note that changing address may delay delivery. We cannot guarantee address changes for orders in transit.
What if my package gets lost or damaged in transit?
In case of loss or damage, we offer a 7-day window to report the issue. Upload photos as evidence through our support portal or contact support@evarni.com. We'll investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
Can I track my order without an order number?
You can track using your order number (found in confirmation email) or phone number associated with your account. If you've misplaced your order number, log into your account and check the Orders section in your dashboard.
My tracking status hasn't updated in days - what should I do?
Tracking updates usually occur every 24 hours. If there's no update for more than 3 days despite the order being in transit, reach out to our support team. Occasionally, system delays or courier delays can cause tracking information to lag behind actual delivery status.
Do you offer real-time SMS/Email notifications?
Yes! You'll receive SMS and email notifications at key milestones: order confirmation, shipment, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation. Check your spam folder if you don't see notifications. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.
