How long do I have to return an item?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For eligible returns that meet all our requirements, we provide a free prepaid return shipping label. You just need to pack the item securely and drop it at any courier location. If your return is not approved, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Why do I need to send an unboxing video?

The unboxing video is proof that the item was in perfect condition when you received it. This protects both you and us from disputes. It also helps us verify that any damage reported was not caused by shipping. Always record in good lighting with clear 360-degree angles.

Can I exchange for a different size or color instead of returning?

Yes! Instead of returning for a refund, you can request an exchange for a different size or color. Simply mention this in your return request email. The exchange is subject to availability and the same return conditions apply.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?

If you receive a damaged item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Include your order number and describe the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund without requiring a return in many cases. Don't discard the original packaging.

How long does it take to get my refund?

What if I return an item and it's deemed not returnable?
